Omniscience: use new LibBars mixin functions, clean up the event parser, make interrupts/dispels work, and ditch spell name lookups, data is keyed by ID only now, and is, thusly, incomplete.  Will still eat your offspring, use at your own discretion.

Omniscience: import Ace3/LibBars version.  Now tracks group cooldowns, target casts, target buffs, target cooldowns, and crowd control with fancy bars.  Alpha quality, proof of concept, will eat your babies, etc.
