Mutes sounds from Mute Annoying WoW Sounds
Since Patch 8.2.0 you can't replace sounds anymore by placing a file in the Sound\ folder, they can now only be muted with MuteSoundFile()
Note that there is a difference between Sound Kit IDs and File Data IDs, see https://wow.gamepedia.com/API_MuteSoundFile#Finding_Sound_IDs

The custom file looks lovely, but I was too much of a noob to make it work. :(
Would it be possible for you to tell me what the format should be for blocking this stupid Tortollan? https://www.wowhead.com/npc=142666/collector-unta#sounds Mainly his top 2 sounds, greeting and farewell.

Posted Jul 4, 2019Im looking for the dismount sound. The files in your addon dont seem to be the default dismount sounds. I used the IDs provided here and checked them with Mutesoundfiles.
Im suprised nobody mentioned this sound so far on the forums. Its driving me nuts!

The dismount sound should be 569026 "Sound/Spells/SpiritWolf.ogg"
It worked for me at least. I didn't hear any dismount sounds when testing a bunch of mounts

What about (male blood elf) demon hunter combat sounds? Im trying to mute the screams for ages too.
