There were issues with creating "message storms" with the taxi. I think I've locked them down, but use this feature with care until I've tested it more extensively. (maybe even when I hit beta?)

Also, I have a lot of debugging stuff in there. I'm trying to make the debug messages only show when "debugging" is checked in config, but before I got the options working, I hard-printed. I'll be getting rid of these as I go, but it may be a bit "chatty" until then
