-fix for newattends attendance not being the set value in options
-add extra passed value for morgbid2 comms (real roll value for weighted dkp)
-fix for tooltip sorting of numbers
-change default newatt attendance to 10%
-fix lootframe nil error with quantity
-add players loot from previous eligible raids to tooltip shown when hovering over player name in rollframe
-improved boss detection table use slightly
-hopefully fix all bosses being detected as a bosskill when joining an instance with x bosses killed
