-WEBSCRIPT UPDATE: added attendance export from eqdkp - can choose 30/60/90 day attendance and it is correct/pool not like eqdkp attendance
-updated webversion
-don't track 5 man instances
-send attendance data to morgbid
-add attendance data to invite frame (option earned dkp/balnce/attendance)
-add attendance data to tooltip on item roll frames
-updated DBversion for attendance data
-fixed whisper system so only whispers non morgbid users
-added weighted random rolling mode where roll = roll*att/100
-added an attendance based NEED roll - if your attendance isn't above x% you can't roll NEED and this is reflected in morgbid
