MorgDKP2
-fix nil error with non existent raid number
-remove dbupdated SV which is no longer needed
-set default raid to nil if no DKP loaded
-fix DKP type sync error
-fix timestamp to correct format if updating DB
-only load default DKP if there is no DKPInfo file
-fix IsOnWaitlist() return format for new time format
-no longer set currDKP to nil in DKP modules (let main routine handle it)

-WEB! Changed timestamp functions to more efficient system

-Added difficulty switch to boss kill events and updating of instance difficulty when change applied not just at start of instance
-Added syncs for item quality and disenchanter changes during a Raid
-Added guildlaunch export support (Note guildlaunch only supports 1 raid/export)
-Removed old MorgDKP import DB code
-Fixed cull member system for new time format
-Added DB updater for new timestamps
-Fixed "Attendees" being added as a raid member sometimes
-Boss kill times are now saved to let you know when you set a new best (toggleable)
