MorgDKP2
-removed ZONE_CHANGED event and switched to GetInstanceInfo() to fix DKP/time awarding problems
-fix for nil error (ticket 80)
-fix for DKP/time events not syncing (only works if dkp changes as events is selected)
-remove items from players item DB (SV file) when you change who received the item (ie they traded the item)
