-many updated for new morgbid2 especially in bidwar Module
-possible fix for items in chest
-fix for nil error when clearing raid DB from RaidTracker
-fixed multiple RT frames being able to be opened
-added bank char and toggle
-added webbed death to non uniques
-fixed waitlist not adding a main to waitlist if it didn't exist yet
-fixed nil error starting bidwar auction with no dkp type set
-changed bid sorting order (PENDING always to top) and added a few more colors for easier vision (order = PENDING>NEED>TAKE>OFFSPEC>PASS)
-in bidwar silent auction the person running morgdkp2 will no longer be able to see bids until AFTER he/she places his bid
-should still be compatible with morgbid2<2.0 but could be some bugs so recommend upgrade

-fix waitlist not clearing on zone out
-restructured waitlists with improvements - grace period, spam to chats automatic/manual, clear wailist button (waitlist always shows main chars name now not alt)
-tweaked highlighting and added it to lootframe
-improved ML menu position and fixed nil error due to "UNKNOWN" units
-fix morgdkp2 lootframe not turning off or on when it should be
-DKP awarding of any type now also updates the main+/alts of that char
-fixed text length on itemframe
-fix bug where "individual" was exported for dkp changes instead of name
-mod will not try to go into standby if you zone with the invite window open
