-fix listDKP not updating with raid group changes and not adding members not previously in list
-fix DE loot being recorded in some cases
-stop lootframe from moving when you click to output results and distribute item
-tweaked dewframe so less twitchy
-fix Kalecgos recorded as kill with wipes
-added ability to change default font color
-added a DE button on every item
-fixed export not working from config menu
