Spawns toasts for looted items, money, and currencies.
For control over toast duration, position, and more, Toaster is recommended.
Is it possible to disable the seemingly random number that spawns next to the item? Im guessing this is the itemID but it seems a little useless to average userI just realized this is the total number of items in your inventory already, i can appreciate it but maybe a disable toggle could still happen one day? No rush
Right now toast are somewhat spammy if you loot several separate instances of same item. It happens with usual looting too, but most obvious when you clear out AH mail. Can you please make that if there's already toast for an item on screen, looting another instance of same item does not create a new toast, but adds amount to existing one and refreshes its on-screen duration?
I checked the code and there is quick and dirty solution for that, but it would be too ugly, so the clean solution will probably require adding a some nice method to LibToast to "retrieve addon's previous toast if it is still acitve".
Also, can you please add an ability to set separate queues and display areas for different toasts? For example I want to attach loot toasts right above bag frames+xp bar, but keep other toasts elsewhere.
I caged a pet & got the following error.

This may be better aimed at Toaster but if its possible would you consider adding a couple of small config options in a future version to help with Loot Toasts & any other Toaster related addon really.
I use the clean icons addon on wowinterface & have a square icon border. Is it possible to change the toast border to make it brighter & have square edges. Really dislike the curved dull grey & it would be nice to match these borders up. Also for Loot Toasts i know the text does but could the border match the loot rarity as this makes the loot pop much more.
I can config archy for this option but never been able to do the toast window, with Loot Toasts popping up i thought it would be a good time to ask :)
Also noticed a possible small issue. Dont know if theres a workaround but i have autoloot enabled in my game options & as i use move anything i use this to hide the standard loot window. If i dont want to autoloot something i can hold shift then loot to see what the loot is however the toast windows do not show with the loot unless it is actually being picked up.
Also noticed the same when lots of people are looting at the same time. Anything you loot shows up but things that you cant as other people are looting the same items (like Oil for instance) does not show. This makes it easy to think youve looted everything when you havent.
Dont know if there is any way these can show up & not fade out if the loot has not been collected but thought id mention it.
For the first issue: That's definitely something that can be added to Toaster (and LibToast-1.0); I'll look into it later.
Second issue: Not an issue. The intent was to spawn toasts for things you've actually looted, not to be some weird replacement for the loot window. Unless there's something I'm missing?
Thanks for the reply Torhal & no your not missing anything. I know it not a weird loot window replacement but the funny thing is, after using Loot Toasts for a few hours thats exactly how i found myself using it . I also preferred it to the loot window bizarrely hence me hiding it.
I've always liked the toasts so iI think i'll keep using it as a weird loot window replacement though as now i know i just need to be slightly more careful looting i cant think of any reason why id need my loot window showing as well.
Also thanks for looking into Toaster about the borders, much appreciated.
