Is there a possibility of adding an option to specific spells to show border when expiration time is less than something? For example I'm messing around on a rogue and applying "Expose armor". It builds 3 stacks, so I want to refresh it and keep it up at 3 stacks and when the expiration timer is around 3 seconds left. Same idea with agony.

Ideally, I would want border to show when no sunder armor type spell on target, expose armor < 3 stacks, duration < 5s
