Adirelle:
    - Display Blizzard glowing effects on macro, provided the events happen.
    - Allow to select the highlight type for specials (ticket #113).
    - Fixed ticket #112 (no special effect with 3 Holy Powers).
    - Fixed ticket #110 (no aura display when using BT4 visibility feature).
    - Sanitized highlight handling with regard to specials.
    - Handle totems as usual spell so one can configure them.
    - Fixed totems.
    - Ensure we get loaded after tullaCC (to detect it).
    - Moved the totem definition to Specials.lua so they are always enabled.
    - Do not display default settings for unknown spells. Also show when the default settings have been modified.
    - Do not create spell settings for passive effects ; only affected group (de)buffs.
    - Removed trackings are they cannot be dragged on action bar anymore. Reworked how all totems are tested.
    - Warrior defaults updated.
    - Added trackings and totems as self buffs so they are displayed correctly.
