HexMessage

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

HexMessage encodes all messages you send using hexadecimal chars. Players able to read Hex or having the addon themselves will see the correct solution, everybody else will wonder what those numbers are.

Usage:

/hex on - Turns encoding on /hex off - Turns encoding off

Make it use AES encryption instead and this will be much more interesting.

And I might add, since 4 or 5 revisions you can use it for any chat you want. It acts like a real in-game language. Players who have the addon can read what is said. Others read the hexadecimal representation.

Neat.

But what is the practical use for it? Not like anyone else can see other peoples PM's.
