    Remove the dependency on FubarPlugin 2.0 for creation of the minimap button.  A new frame should be created to extend from the minimap frame for the HeadCount minimap button.  This buttons functionality should be fully defined in HeadCount-controlled code.  Dewdrop should still be used to setup the dropdown menu frames.

    use of LDB alleviates the need for this. LibDBIcon can be used for minimap icon if needed. Ive added LDB support in so all the function previously used in minimap can now be used form the LDB launcher.
