Fix ticket 18. Note that the wrong dungeon level can still be sent if the World Map is open and you physically change zones while the World Map is open because it is impossible to determine which dungeon level the player is on without changing his viewed map to the current zone.

Add a 6th optional return value "dungeonLevel" to the pluginHandler:GetNodes() API. This value is used if it is different from the input dungeonLevel, similar to the 2nd return's "mapFile".
