Fill in the loot each Pandaria rare drops on its own
The shared pools went in without the other half of the same data: every zone
rare also has an item that only it drops, and most of them were missing it.
Ferdinand and Mister Ferocious share the Ook-Breaker Mace between them, so it
goes on both.
Fill in the shared loot pools for Pandaria's rares
Each zone's rares roll one pool of ilvl 414 gear keyed to an armour slot,
which the data did not record. Those pools now sit on the RegisterPoints
defaults, together with the Timeless Isle pool, the Zandalari scouting
parties', Champions of Lei Shen and the Vale's One Many Army rares. Nasra
Spothide was listed in two zones at once; she rolls the Valley of the Four
Winds pool, so only that copy stays and it translates onto the Jade Forest
map.
