Mithorium:
    - Fixed major typo that was preventing layout updates
    - switched to use event GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE because Grid_RosterUpdated was not firing when people were moved between subgroups
    - Uses IsInRaid() to differentiate between party and raid layouts
