I'm getting this error in version 1.52.3-10-gbff600d on the retail server in the Uldum area. I don't get this error in the Midnight areas.

I turned off all other addons except BugGrabber, BugSack, and Mapster and I keep getting the same error with more hits on the WoW Forever Beta on version 1.52.3-10-gbff600d:

GatherMate2 hotfix: missing locale string (AceLocale error)

GatherMate2 reads L["Icon alpha value, this lets you change the transparency of the icons. Only applies on Minimap."] at Config.lua:277. That key is missing from every locale file, including enUS, so AceLocale throws the error.

Fix: open Interface\AddOns\GatherMate2\Locales\GatherMate2-enUS.lua and add this line right after the line that ends in Only applies on World Map."] = true (around line 122):

L["Icon alpha value, this lets you change the transparency of the icons. Only applies on Minimap."] = true

Then run /reload in game. The other locales fall back to enUS, so one line is enough. The Minimap alpha tooltip will show in English until the author ships translations.

Roll back to version 1.52.3-8-g26d58dd for now and you'll get no errors for the time being until this is fixed. if your using the curseforge app set the "install settings" to "Ignored", but check the versions tab periodically for updates.I also posted in the comments section.
