No longer creates different nodes on top of existing nodes of another type #355

Using the zone Twilight Highlands as an example, which has three different types of nodes that spawn:

    - Elementium Vein

    - Rich Elementium Vein

    - Pyrite Deposit

    Behaviors:

    - If an Elementium Vein already exists within the cleanup radius, mining one will properly relocate/update the existing note. (Correct)

    - If a Rich Elementium Vein or a Pyrite Deposit appears where an Elementium Vein note exists already, mining it will NOT add the new node.  (Incorrect)

Essentially, in order for me to record Rich Elementium Veins and Pyrite Deposits, I have to delete the existing Elementium Vein note before mining it.  Only then will it create the new node note.

On a side note, it seems like the vast majority of my Rich Elementium Vein notes and Pyrite Deposit nodes have disappeared, but not sure if that's related or not.
