Add option to hide pins when outside map radius #121

    I've never been a fan of the "let nodes outside of the minimap drag along its sides" behavior, and would prefer to be able to have such nodes simply disappear.

    Minimap Options -> Show Nodes on Minimap Border should do the trick.
