For me, this addon also hangs my WoW 4.3 client. Cost me around 1 hour to find out, that this is the faulty addon.

WoW has taken over the zone level information.

But not the rest of the information which cromulent did.

I guess the developer should either fix it so the other info show or find a new way to show it ;)

I vote the latter cause the zone info of WoW sucks :)

Confirmed.  Independently tracked my stuck loading bar to this addon.

I too am reporting that as of 4.3, you can't log on to any characters with Cromulent enabled. I narrowed it down to this addon.

As of 4.3 this is definitely causing my WoW client to hang up.  I narrowed it down to this specific addon.    As soon as I disabled it.  I was able to get my WoW client to load without locking up.

Though the addon may still be useful for the fishing and instance info, the addon is not usable because the addon won't load, presumably due to a conflict with the zone level info Blizzard added to the map.

As other posters have already pointed out, if your WoW client is hanging up while loading addons and you use this addon, disable this addon to resolve the issue.

Perhaps the dev will provide a fix in the coming days to restore the fishing and instance info functionality.

I would not agree that it is out of date. It also provides instance information and fishing levels. 

As of 4.3, this addon may cause your WoW client to hangup upon loading a character.  It is also now obsolete, as the level range is now included in the default map.

I would not say obsolete.

 It also shows information, I do not think Blizzard has any intention of shoing any time soon.
