CooldownCount
This addon displays a large yellow number (and text for numbers > 60 seconds) on spell icons for action bars, bags, character sheet, and quest icons in the tracker. Font can be modified, and the cut-off for how long a cooldown needs to be in order to display on the button can also be changed. The number begins flashing when time remaining is less than 10 seconds.
This is an update for WoW >= 3.3.5 compatibility since 4.0's new API nuked some of the code here. The original addon was created by hshh and the compatibility has been fixed by TheCheat5 and Kiki.
Additional Note: Tested and confirmed working after dependency update for Patch 6.0.2

This is a great add-on. I only got 1 question. I got the Searing Totem on my action bar which I need to refresh every 60 seconds. Is it possible to show this as a countdown as well?
I noticed the post from the hunter and in the same line I removed "TotemFrame", but that did not do the trick for me :(

Posted Dec 24, 2011great addon , but i think it's a little bug when a cooldown refreshes out like colossus smash for me , it says it's on a 20 sec cd but it's not , hope you will fix that , thanks

Maybe it's a frame blacklisted.
Go to your interface folder (<wow>/Interface/AddOns/CooldownCount/) and open CooldownCount.lua with a text editor (wordpad.exe for example), and replace the 7th line from
to
Save the file, and restart wow.
Tell me if it works.

Posted Dec 10, 2011There is a problem with the CD timer for rogues. When you pop preparation, it will remove the immediate cooldown on the spell. Yet it will still show the cooldown timer on that spell. You can still click the spell and use it again but still.

Posted Dec 13, 2011I've noticed the same thing with a glyphed Shadow Word: Death that failed to kill a target below 25% and all my mage CDs on the Murozond encounter after the hourglass is used, but the cooldown properly resets on my druid's starsurge when the shooting stars buff activates.

Posted Nov 30, 2011Currently neither Bartender or Dominoes will allow the overlay of the text with the numerical countdown. I'm not sure if this is due to a change in those mods or a change within CooldownCount. I believe that it is with CooldownCount because when I reverted back to the Blizzard UI bars, the numbers still do not show. However the blocking of the background animation with the swirl does still work. Like Alcarin, I'm also kind of lost without this mod. Makes it amazingly easy to tell when my cooldowns are ready.

Posted Nov 30, 2011Cooldowns appear too late. I'm using v3.7.2-beta on 4.3 client (40300).
No Lua errors at all. When a cooldown finally shows up, it keeps working fine until 0. But there is a delay until they show. (in actionbars only. spellbook and bags do work)
delay times seem to be consistent across spells and classes. 1min CDs apear at 48s left, 45s CDs appear at 26s left, etc…
Very confusing if blizzards CD animation is hidden.

I just tried it with Bartender (no other addons) and it works perfectly. (mind -> blown)
Blizzards actionbar still produce the 'delay' with cooldowns showing to late.

There is no documented changes in the API so it's not clear why it doesn't work anymore.
I suspect a change in the GetTime() function (I read this somewhere), so I'll take a look.
