CooldownCount

Table of Contents

This addon displays a large yellow number (and text for numbers > 60 seconds) on spell icons for action bars, bags, character sheet, and quest icons in the tracker. Font can be modified, and the cut-off for how long a cooldown needs to be in order to display on the button can also be changed. The number begins flashing when time remaining is less than 10 seconds.

This is an update for WoW >= 3.3.5 compatibility since 4.0's new API nuked some of the code here. The original addon was created by hshh and the compatibility has been fixed by TheCheat5 and Kiki.

Additional Note: Tested and confirmed working after dependency update for Patch 6.0.2

First, Thank you for an excellent addon. This is one of those addons that really should have been included in the default interface and you have filled the gap by providing it. Second, I was wondering if you could host this addon on the WowMatrix site or give them permission via GPL to keep a copy on their servers. I use WowMatrix to keep my addons up to date and they are unable to pull the latest version from the curse site. Thank you again for everything you do for the WoW community.

I don't play much anymore, but anyone that likes a clean UI should really give IceHud a try. Everything about it customizable, and it's got an awesome RuneWatch add-on built in.

Its crap for Deathknights atm.

only working semi, e.g. activating 1 cd will display the cd on it, however activating one more, will empthy out ur Rune of that color, and instead show off ur cd on that specifik rune on all the abilities, and when that sort of rune is ready the old CD's on the abilities wont be showed again. :/ really annoying.

It'd be completely awesome if you could add Counts for Death Knight runes. I've tried a couple other mods, but CooldownCount is the best.

I use a HUD add-on called: ICEhud

I love having the HUD feature, but it's built in Rune timer is the best I've used thus far too.

Please add a MM:SS(Minute:Second)Timestamp, that would be great.
An add an Option that I can choose if the M after the Minute CoolDown is shown, or not.

The old version still works - here's how.

1) In the interface\addons\cooldowncount directory locate the file cooldowncount.toc

2) Edit the cooldowncount.toc file with notepad

3) Change the version so it reads ## Interface: 30000## ( instead of ## Interface: 20400## or whatever you have )

4) reload wow, it should now be a recognised add on

5) you cooldowncount is back :-)

I love having a big number displaying the cooldown on the button, is it possible to have the same kind of timer on the buffs/debuffs you or you target have? I've been looking for addons which show that without success.

IOT said Updated version for 3.0.2 - http://files.wowace.com/CooldownCount/ but there is no recent update anywhere I can find.

The WoWAce project page for CooldownCount says there's a 3.02 version available for download as of 10/16, but I can't find it anywhere...

Does this not provide aura timers anymore like it used to?

I'm using ag_unitframes, OmniCC provides aura timers, but I prefer cooldowncount.
