Collectinator
What it does
Provides methods for determining which mini-pets and mounts you are missing.
Where to get it
- WowAce - Development stage
- Curse - Stable release
- WoWInterface - Stable release
How to get it to work
Open up your companion window (pets or mounts) and click the scan button. This will open up another window which will allow you to see which companions you are missing, along with how to acquire them.

Feature Requests/Bug Reporting
Read the Bug Reporting and Feature Requesting information before submitting a bug report or feature request. Posting reports in the comments is not the place to do so. Feature Request
Please use the WowAce tracker to add suggestions and feature requests. Not all suggestions will be accepted: there are many people who use this addon, each with separate views. We will, however, try to make it as user friendly as possible...but when a decision is made please accept it.

Integration
If you have a request for integration, please submit a feature request at WowAce. There is a limted API to interface with the Collectinator database. If you are a developer and would like more functions, please contact me on IRC.

Posted Apr 2, 2017Thanks for this addon, it makes AH farming so much easier.
I've noticed that pets like the Nightmare Bell and a couple of different mounts are missing from their respective lists. Please add!

Posted Mar 16, 2017For anyone who wishes the main window wouldn't close, when you hit ESC or look at your map:
Go to your addon folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\interface\addons) and into the Collectinator\Interface folder. Open Panel.lua and search for the word "banish". Add a "--" (without quotes) in front of this line:
It would be cool if there was an option to toggle this behavior.
Thanks for the great addon!

Posted Jul 20, 2016Will appearance collection be added to Collectinator in the future? Would really love it!

Posted Jul 21, 2016I'm not certain how that could be done, since none of the appearances have names. The default UI's Appearances tab even uses 3D models instead of a list of things.

Posted Jul 25, 2016I suppose that explains why there are several items with the wrong 3d attached; crusaders-helm returns TWO wrong models, lol. You would think that after all that effort to trim leading zeroes they would have just used item id's to pull images from a db :/

Posted Jul 21, 2016Came here to ask the same thing, it would be so amazing to have the ability to select a specific dungeon/raid and see what items I am missing from there, like how you handled the recipe addons. So perhaps not as extra function added to this addon, but as a complete new one. I know you can do it! ;) (insert group of cheerleaders)

Posted Sep 3, 2015I recently had to reinstall all my addons. After this, Collectinator seems to be working fine with pets, toys and heirlooms, but when I press the "scan" button on my mounts tab, nothing happens at all. I tried exiting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling Collectinator a few times, but the problem persists. Do you have any suggestions?

Posted Feb 27, 2015Even after the update I'm still getting an error. I'm unable to press the button to expand all on Pets and Mounts and Toys and have it actually expand. Instead of expanding, I get this error (with or without other addons enabled):

The expand feature works fine for the new heirlooms list.

Posted Feb 27, 2015Fixed in 2.0.15. With WoD, Blizzard removed the ability to query names for opposing factions, so Horde can't see Alliance faction names and vice versa. No clue why, but there it is. :/

Posted Mar 1, 2015Thanks! I was still experiencing the error after updating, but after deleting the addon completely and reinstalling it it's functioning properly - well, except for some weird overlapping text on mounts or pets that have long information that exapnds, but that's tolerable.
