This is an addon to create timers for your own buffs and debuffs.

General

player bars on left, target in middle, focus on right, all can be moved

To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target.

Only icons and time can be shown if you don't want bars.

The text can be customized in the options by using, "%s for spell name", "%a for applications", "%u for unit name eg target or player", "%n for mob name"

This mod is set up with AceLocale so anyone who wants to add other locals feel free :)

If you want other textures for the bars, get the AddOn SharedMedia.

Note: When adding values in the files, double parentheses are necessary on the last item in a table because it contains all the values from the function call and we only want the first one.

Right now I'm having problems on all characters where the Bars overlap each other and it's very messy.

I'd like if you could add Envenom for Rogues. A buff you gain after using Envenom which gives you 75% more chance to add instant poison I think. Would rather refresh it that overwrite it in combat.

Is it possible to show vehicle timers? For example the stacks on Flame Leviathan, I used to use ForteExorcist and it worked great in that but the timers were buggy so I switched to Classtimers. I've tried adding the name of the debuff to extras but that didn't work.

After 3.2 classtimer, DC's me when i'm in a raid.

Thats all info i can give, i get no errors, but when i disable it, the DC's stop :-(

I'm a shadowpriest btw, maybe that helps.

Excellent addon, thanks for maintaining it!!

Request for bar: Pallys can now put a 12-second HoT on a target by casting Flash of Light at a target who already has the paladin's Sacred Shield.

In the config pane under timers go to Extras and type in the name of the buff (Berserk). That's all you gotta do.

You could add Rogue's Feint to the Buffs (AoE dmg reduction).

Addon seems awesome, and exactly what I was looking for. As a hunter, I used this to track the DoTs that I had on a target, so I'd know when one was about to fall off and needed to be re-applied, etc... That's all I care about -- not what debuffs other classes have applied or who's got what. And as a bonus, CT seems the perfect substitute for Elkano's BuffBars, as well!

However, would it be possible to add the option to change individual bar colors for specific abilities? For example, I could change the color Black Arrow's bar to purple, matching its school of magic (Shadow). Serpent Sting to green, etc... Or even to display the debuffs to match their individual type? Quartz did this, and made glancing at the bars very quick and intuitive.

All in all, great addon. =)

Love this addon, but it locks on computer up on my warlock everytime I try and touch the bar options button. I notice several other people are having the same issue. Maybe its xperl maybe ? only thing that has a timer I have loaded.

I really, really love this addon, thank you for making it! I do have a request though: would it be possible to create an option to have bars shown for groupmates? As a resto druid, this would be extremely helpful when trying to keep HOTs up efficiently on my group mates.

Would be the perfect mod if this could be implemented.

Since i have a million alts ClassTimer is the shizzle for me.
Just wanted to get something off my mind, been thinking about it for a long time.

Would it be hard to add 'ticks' to the bars?
Would help immensely on all classes i play that have DoT's.

I'll fiddle a bit and check if it's possible to just add it to a texture but thought i'd suggest it to the head honcho first.

Is it possible to color the bars by buff/debuff name? I'd like to do something like make the rupture debuff red, deadly poison green, etc etc. If not, then I'll add it to the suggestion list. Thanks, great mod.

Is there any way to get an outline on the text? Nomatter what color i set the text it won't be readable if i make the bars more or less invisible. Having the outline would fix this and make light text readable against light backgrounds.

That's pretty unlikely. I'm also experiencing the exact same lockup, sans UI reset. I'm just forced to close WoW and restart. Note that it only happens when you click "Bar settings" -- clicking the plus sign to expand it works fine.

BUG FIX THIS!!!!
On my hunter whenever i hit bar settings my game freezes and ALL of my UI resets. Please for the love of god fix it!
