This is an addon to create timers for your own buffs and debuffs.
General
player bars on left, target in middle, focus on right, all can be moved
To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target.
Only icons and time can be shown if you don't want bars.
The text can be customized in the options by using, "%s for spell name", "%a for applications", "%u for unit name eg target or player", "%n for mob name"
This mod is set up with AceLocale so anyone who wants to add other locals feel free :)
If you want other textures for the bars, get the AddOn SharedMedia.
Note: When adding values in the files, double parentheses are necessary on the last item in a table because it contains all the values from the function call and we only want the first one.

Posted Oct 8, 2008I deleted my clone because, as you said, you have all the changes I made and I don't know that I'm planning on doing any more in the near future.
Though I wouldn't be wary of clones, the more the merrier. Just set up the main mod page to point to the official wotlk repo-s. The more people clone to contribute, the more help you can get on the project.

I have nearly everything turned on and i'm not see battleshout or any debuff timers popping up at all. Using target dummies for testing.

Posted Sep 30, 2008I always find this mod a little confusing. Cause of target/focus/player. Be nice if was something like yourbuffs/debuffs tab. Other players debuffs/buffs. When I first tried this mod on live it took a good hour or more to get around the confusion.

Posted Aug 30, 2008Straightforward and useful addon, VERY nice bar appearance and animation. Two suggestions though:
1) *** Please, please, please add the option to adjust bar transparency. Having a lot of progress bars on screen at 100% opacity makes this borderline unusable for me. ***
2) (This one's ten times as tricky. =) ) Offer support for spells of other classes - to make it possible to track CC abilities and other vital buffs and debuffs. Being able to see a teammate's polymorph or sap timer (or an enemy paladin's divine shield timer) in arena would be awesome. And it'd pretty much place this addon at the level of the old NaturEnemyCastBar, which is debatably the most useful mod in the history of competitive WoW. =)

Posted Aug 25, 2008Great addon. One request though. As far as I can tell, you can't filter specific spells for individual bar groups. For instance. I may want to show a buff duration on myself, but not my pet.

Posted Jul 2, 2008Heya, thanks for the addon, it rocks. But i just had one question.
I use a priest and as i keep stacking my buffs the bars stack in a descending pattern. Usually that would be what its supposed to do but ive modified my UI in other ways so my icon is actually in the lower half of the screen so I need to keep the class timer above my characters and my targets icons.
The problem with that is as i use my buffs and dots the class timers eventually cover the icons and more. So what i was wondering is if there is any way to make it so the bars start ascending as you stack more buffs, dots, whatever, because i really cant position the timer anywhere else but the top of the icons and as ive mentioned when i stack buffs and such the timers start overlapping my icons and other things as well. Thanks you.

Posted Jul 3, 2008in the timers settings you can set the bars to grow up the way. on my characters i have any debuffs / DoTs for Mobs under their portrait growing down the way and the rest at the side and growing up. makes it easier to see what's what.
