    - Don't touch the PlayerPowerBarAlt if BetterPowerBarAlt is loaded. This should make nebula169 happy.
    - Add TomTom support to the Expander module. Because I can.
    - Add NPC Scan Overlay support to the Expander module.
    - Very minor typo fix.
