You know Finkle Einhorn in Blackwing Descent. The gnome in the cage you have to talk with in order to active the Bile-O-Tron bot, so you get the buff that is essential for the encounter.
With the addon you don't have to suffer trough his endless speach, you just cut straight to the chase and start the encounter.
