Starfox:
    - Make toasts available
    - Add LibToast to pkgmeta
    - Fix follower upgrade toast
    - Add option to hide inactives in listview and being able to set how they should be marked
    - Reorder options, use headers to seperate options that only affect one tooltip type
    - Make use of localization for text in toasts
    - Option for showtoasts. On upgrade add ability/traits with name and icon to the toast
    - Add Toast for follower levelup/upgrade, disable for now
    - Use hooksecurefunc to give the recruitment portraits the hovertooltip
