Permission to publish a credited WoW Forever adaptation of ARL 9.2.0 #1790

Hi Ackis, Torhal and the ARL maintainers,

I have a local adaptation of Ackis Recipe List 9.2.0 for WoW Forever 1.60.1, interface 16001. I would like to publish its source and installable beta ZIPs on GitHub so friends can help maintain it.

The adaptation replaces the Retail runtime with a Forever profession scanner and recipe browser. It has recipe search, profession and learning filters, tooltips, and recipe data from separately credited sources. The current local folder still contains original ARL files and libraries.

Your bundled LICENSE.txt requires explicit permission for hosting and modifications outside its stated exception. May I publish and maintain this adaptation under my GitHub account, https://github.com/DeanieBobeanie, and accept contributions from others?

I would credit Ackis, Torhal, Ressy and the ARL contributors, link the original project and source, retain the original license and library notices, and clearly label it as an independent adaptation. I can change the add-on name if you prefer.

Please let me know whether you permit this and any conditions, including whether you would prefer a fork, a separate repository, or a compatibility patch. I have not published the adapted package and will wait for permission.

    Thank you for ARL.
    Dean
