    - Do not overwrite the waypoint name for instances now that we directly use the instance names.
    - Allow waypoints for vendors, trainers, and quests for the opposing faction if the filter is turned on.
    - icon_list => ActiveWaypoints
    - Create a unified output format for waypoints.
    - Make sure waypoints have a location name whenever possible.
    - Only deal with the waypoint list if TomTom has provided a waypoint.
    - Pass coordinates in the expected format to TomTom:AddMFWaypoint
    - More renames and minor restructuring.
    - Check for instance locations first since waypoints are now aware of subzones, and use TomTom:AddMFWaypoint instead of TomTom:AddZWaypoint
    - Complete rewrite of zone name/ID assignments for the waypoint system. Now includes subzones.
    - Variable renames for clarity.
    - Add support for Draenor waypoints.
    - Rework the linking logic a bit to simplify it and allow linking to TradeSkillFrame and possibly the auction house. Addresses ticket #1612
    - Reduce some table lookups and fix some formatting.
    - Dead code removal and formatting cleanups.
    - Minor cleanup.
    - Replace "Unknown" with "Searching..." when caching quest names.
