    - Dataminer: Fixed reputation-checking code. Added check to replace VENDOR with REPUTATION on recipes which have reputation vendors.
    - Added REPUTATION as an acquire type, to replace VENDOR on the appropriate recipes.
    - Cleaned up flag-checking code for CanDisplayRecipe()
    - Cleaned up the skill level code for acquire tooltips.
    - Exterminated the remnants of Cartographer checks that I missed the first time around.
