    - Forgot to switch some locales over.  Also updated Changelog.
    - Update embeds.xml
    - Should probably update .pkgmeta.
    - I banish you semi-colons deep within the bowels of hell! I kinda just made a colon joke.
    - Add a false to the default locale for frFR.  Doesn't affect anything other than being explicit.
    - In a pre-emptive Pompy move, ARL now is AceLocale3.1.
    - Update changelog.  Identified recipes that were added in 4.0.6 and added new Under Dev section. Probably going to tag 2.2.2 today because latest release is missing a JC recipe.
