In addon:TRADE_SKILL_CLOSE(): Removed check for existence of addon.Frame
In addon:addTradeSkill(): Moved --@alpha@ enclosure around the print for duplicate entries, instead of the whole if block. End-users were getting memory churn.

Convert more of the cooking db over to the flag system.  As well change it to use the new method for how we're handling classes now.  The db is almost human readible and I've removed a lot of duplication which provided no real extra value.

Re-worked logical flow of addon:ScanSkillLevelData(), addon:ScanTrainerData().
In addon:TooltipScanRecipe(): Moved reverse_lookup generation to when it's actually needed. Added some (commented-out) diagnostic code for dataminer refinement. Hide the tooltip before printing the scan results.
Added a DO_NOT_SCAN table, per pompy's request. Currently unused.
Added a few more IDs to the NO_PLAYER_FLAG table.
Throughout the file: Renamed some variables, such as "spellid" to "spell_id".

Removed a vendor, "Shandrina", because she used to sell the cooking books but obviously no longer does.  Also "Great-father Winter" was listed as a trainer, but he wasn't one and didn't need to be in ARL anyway.
