* added - config > settings > designs > item > border > alpha - sets an alpha value for item borders
* added - config > settings > designs > item > border > coloured borders - allows you to colour the border texture (disable if you use an already coloured texture)
* added - config > settings > designs > item > border > colour - allows you to set the border colour for each slot type (typically for empty slots)
* changed - toc updated to 90005
* changed - config > settings > designs > item > empty slot > colour - these colour options now only apply to the empty slot background
* changed - the default border colour is now the bag border colour - this colour is used when quality border colours are not enabled, and when the item quality is below the quality cutoff value
