    - Cleanups - use HereBeDragons instead of map manipulation hacks.
    - Remove code for altering survey node distance coloration on enable - this was resetting the color to cyan when the player moved, and is properly handled elsewhere.
    - Remove internal record-keeping for zone IDs and names - these are now handled by HereBeDragons.
    - Replace the unmaintained Astrolabe with HereBeDragons-1.0
    - Cleanup.
    - Remove unnecessarily nested if block.
