Angry Notes

Table of Contents

Angry Notes is a standalone version of Angry Assignments that can be used to create and display personal notes within your WoW interface. You will first want to read the documentation for Angry Assignments to understand how to use Angry Notes.

Differences from AA

All of the communications features have been removed, only you have full control of the contents of your pages and you can display them as you wish at any time.
The configuration window is the same as AA's except the "Permissions" section has been removed.
Console commands are the same as Angry Assignments, except the prefix is "/an" instead of "/aa". Commands from AA that aren't applicable to AN, such as "send", "version", and "backup", have been removed.
Your AN pages are of course stored completely separately from your AA pages, although you could copy/paste across to copy pages.

any update to this? Definitely the best addon for this type, and I don't really want to hunt down a replacement.

Not really a prioritize, but if you could add text shadows and x/y offsets, and instead of the red (lock) bar you could add that blizzard bar for Campaign/Quests/Achievements with matching text style it would seem like its native, also that small red button pointing up could be used to switch pages in a category.

Hi,

Is it possible or would it ever be possible to include links with AngryNotes? For example, OnMouseOver would show the tooltip to a linked skill / ability / item?

Often, I use AngryNotes for either professions between alts and M+ dungeons respectively; it would be awesome to embed links to items or mob abilities within AngryNotes for quick reference. Future options could be specificity for tooltips showing in / out of combat.

Long time fan of AngryNotes and AngryAssignments, all the best!

Heyya, I love this addon! One of the best notes addon in wow for personal notes :D
Just one more feature and it will BE the best notes addon, and that is to be able to click the linked items/spells to see its tooltip. For example, when you link a loot from dungeon journal into the addon, would be nice to be able to click the link to see its tooltip. (it can be done in tinypad addon but i prefer angry notes because of how i can categorise and list my notes). I hope you can add this feature :) Thanks for a great addon!

Yes, my interpretation was MouseOver for tooltips but I'd settle for clickable links too.
