Small Totembars addon with totem timer support.

Looks like a flexible totembar and the timers are bar-style

Commands:

/yata lock Unlock totembar and move it around with shift-click, use /yata lock to lock it again

/yata barlock Unlock cooldown bars and move them around with leftclick, use /yata barlock again to lock them

/yata scale scales the totembar

/yata barscale scales the cooldown bars

/yata buttonlock now you can shift-click on the individual totems and swap them (not completely bugfree yet)
