d1mas Feb 26, 2014 at 09:48 UTC - 0 likesit seems, like i found a cause of error. everything works fine with default settings, but checking two options in settings cause the error. i'll try to explain. sorry for my english. there are several options to customize message sound. for battle net friends, guildmates and people in friendlist. error start appearing, when i activate three of them and receive wisp from my guildmate, who is in my friendlist. when i deactivate custom sound for battlenet friends and guildmates i have no problem with wim. as i remember last patch changed UI: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/12950619/547-patch-notes-18-02-2014 May be this is cause of problems. d1mas Feb 25, 2014 at 10:55 UTC - 0 likesi reinstalled addon. checked sound settings. everything looks fine, but error continue to appear, when i receive first wisp. and there is no sound of incoming message at all. outgoing message sound works ok. it's the same as incoming in settings. when i switch to my alt, everything works just perfect. i suspect that this is because of the unique combination of addons or maybe my settings profile was damaged. i'll reset it and will share a result. thanks for support.
