6 - Stratafix vs. BlizzBuffFacade

Stratafix and BlizzBuffFacade (I think it's called "Masque Skinner: Blizz Buffs" now) seem to duke it out over frame strata. When I installed stratafix recently bad things happen to my buffs frames.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Installed Stratafix, Masque and BlizzBuffFacade
2. Log in and give yourself some short term buffs with stacks (I did this with riptide on my shaman)

It looks like Stratafix fixes the strata of a sub-frame of BuffFrame<X> (and DebuffFrame<X>) that BlizzBuffFacade adds. This causes the buffs to look all sorts of screwy, especially with buff stack counts, which now appear in the frame below one that is mostly opaque.

I hacked up a copy of Stratafix to ignore all frames beginning with "BuffFrame" and "DebuffFrame" and things are back to normal.

    I notice similar issues with the Buffs and Debuffs in ElvUI (the ones near the minimap) with Masque Support enabled for those.

    On initial login, the aura icon is placed on top of everything else, instead of being placed below a border texture.
