109 - Alert only in Level Range Option

I would love to see an option to only alert you for mobs that are within your level range. Since blizzard now includes the level range of a each zone with their map data, it would be nice if you could disable notifications for rare in zones which are no longer valid zones for you.  I would imagine this feature would also include the ability to exclude certain mobs from this feature as well.

Just a thought that occurred to me when flying around old content that doesn't matter anymore.
