93 - Reversable bars

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Just made a new UI with opposing UF's and when I put the debuff Quartz bars in place I notice that they all count down the same direction. After looking around for a while I've decided that's probably not available.... yet :D. If there is a way I'd be grateful to know, other wise I think this could be a great addition that would open the functionality to far more UI setups (mine included :D).

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm providing a screenshot of my current UI setup. You'll notice the opposing player/target UF's. I've connected the Quartz buff bars to the respective frames in the hopes that bars from both frames would retreat to a common center.

    I went ahead and made the changes that I believe should add this functionality to modules that inherit the CastBarTemplate options. If it is something you would like to review and possibly add, I have pasted my diff here: http://paste.wowace.com/3399/

    You will likely want to change some of the variables or language. I also don't know how acceptable it is to add additional functionality beyond the pseudo Blizzard StatusBar functionality, but I couldn't think of any better way to do it. I'm not very experienced with git, so I do not know if there is a better way to suggest a patch, but if there was something else I could do to help, let me know what it would be.

    Forgive me if this is a horrible or stupid idea but I had already been considering trying to do this myself by setting the bar to deplete and inversing the colors. I haven't attempted this yet so I'm not even sure it is possible with the current way things work.

    Either way, it seems to me it is hopefully feasible to add an option that would make a bar:

    • Switch to deplete mode.
    • Swap background and foreground colors.

    Just a thought. Thanks for a great addon!
