202 - Mutilate Throttling

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a rogue
2. Go assassination talent tree
3. Use ability "Mutilate"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have throttling of all damage and skills set to 1 second, as such both damage components of Mutilate should be throttled together. Instead, I'm getting two separate events making it appear as if I attacked twice. Filters are all set to 0.

What version of the product are you using?
v 1.10.25
Locale: enUS

Are you using Parrot with embedded libs (if you don't know that means yes)?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
[Misaka's] Mutilate hits [Felfire Diemetradon] for 918 Physical.(Critical)
[Felfire Diemetradon] is afflicted by [Misaka's] Deadly Poison (4).
[Misaka's] melee swing hits [Felfire Diemetradon] for 88 Physical.
[Misaka's] melee swing hits [Felfire Diemetradon] for 166 Physical.
[Misaka's] Mutilate Off-Hand hits [Felfire Diemetradon] for 278 Physical.

Please provide any additional information below.
I can clearly see why parrot isn't reading the ability correctly, it has two different components and names within the combat log, which is probably also why the icon appears incorrectly. I've searched many forums and spent a lot of time trying to see if there was a way to throttle these together manually, but I could find none.
