113 - expander rotation

currently when you set rotation to expander, and you get it to work without bugging out, anything extra (handy notes, routes) does not rotate along with the map. ideally i would hope to get it to work the same way as gatherhud with the added benefit of viewing the tracked nodes. also as stated in a different ticket, rotation only with expander would probably be an ideal setting. anyways, i am still very content with current state (w/o) any rotation at all, thank you ckknight for all the work you do =D

(oddly enough, you could use gatherhud at the same time to achieve this, except you get double routes and double nodes >.<)
