236 - Support of officer notes for alt linking

What does the provided patch do?

This patch modifies AltLinking module to support officer notes. It should resolve ticket #57.

Please provide any additional information below.

Patch adds an option to use officer notes just like guildnotes. The two options are exclusive (I only need this, but it can be modified to support both at the same time). The default is the current way, to use the guildnotes. The option strings are not localized, as I don't speak other supported languages, just modified enUS.lua in order to avoid the LUA error.
