13 - Make text options (label, time, stacks) independently configurable

Would be great to have the three text options (label, time, stacks) independently configurable.

That would allow Auracle to support Debuff Filter's display style. It displays time in the center as text and stacks in the lower right as text.

If I ever resume active development, this feature is on my list; if someone would like to implement this in the mean time, feel free to post a patch.
