426 - Tooltip Filter

I propose more robust filters for content on the tooltip so that I can remove information that is not currently relevant to me and compact the tooltip so that non-relevant information doesn't take up so much of my screen.

Example 1: I'd like to be able to remove Outland and Northrend digsite info since I don't care about those continents, but still see what I have on Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Pandaria.

Example 2: I'd like to be able to exclude races that I no longer care about from the tooltip Artifact list. It doesn't make sense to filter them from the Artifact or Digsite windows, since they'd still be relevant if I need to clear digsites from continents I'm still working in.

Example 3: I'd like to be able to turn off the extra digsite data on the tooltip (digs, surveys, keys, fragments). Perhaps make the continent names clickable, similar to the title, to reach data about the available digsites on the continent.
