    All old deDE strings from archy are now imported in LibBabble-Digsites-3.0.

    Dig site translations are moving to LibBabble-DigSites-3.0 instead of within Archy. I will try to find and copy as many of them from older files that I can find, but it will be slow going.

    In v1.8.1 (not available yet), I have added the new artifacts, and removed the obsolete dig sites. Further, I organized the dig site and artifact lists so they can easily be edited if Blizzard changes things again. All missing strings are accounted for, but need translating.

    Unfortunately this weekend I'll be not at home. But next week I'll test further the digsites at Outlands.

    While this test, some german-speaking questions and locally bugfixes will be answered. :) I don't want to do the addon support for Germany but I'll give all possible informations I've collected while I use this Addon. -

    Leider bin ich dieses Wochenende nicht zuhause, jedoch werde ich ab nächster Woche die Ausgrabungsstätten in der Scherbenwelt testen. Während dieser Tests, stehe ich gerne für deutsch-sprachige Fragen und lokale Fehlerbehebungen zur Verfügung. Ich möchte natürlich nicht den deutsch-sprachigen Support übernehmen, aber aller Fehler, die ich während der Nutzung von Archy selbst beheben konnte gebe ich gerne an andere Spieler weiter. ....

    <have a nice weekend>

    Das Schöne an solchen Addons ist, dass man es lokal für sich selbst anpassen kann, damit sie wie erwartet funktionieren.

    Leider dauert es immer ein wenig länger bis die Entwickler diese "Bugfixes" übernehmen. Solange kann man aber mit seiner "eigenen Version" arbeiten. Ich selbst passe mir meine Addons fast immer auf meine Bedürfnisse an und erstelle mit ein "Changelog" für die gemachten Änderungen, damit ich diese in einer neuen Version überprüfen und ggf. neu einrichten kann. Man darf einfach nicht vergessen, dass die meisten Addons ehrenamtlich geschrieben werden, die Entwickler dafür keinen Cent sehen und uns gerade mit solchen Addons ein wahnsinns Werkzeug an die Hand geben, was es uns erleichtert komfortabel einen Spielinhalt zu nutzen.

    @ myrrodin

    you're wellcome. :) Said to Drachenherz before, that some help like using the Bugtracker will take a while untill the developers push this into their updates. While that kind of projects there are a lot of other priorities sometimes. :)

    In fact, I've used Archy in 4.0 till it makes problems with latency in battlegrounds. Don't know the version I'd use at that time. :) Curse Client didn't provide an update at this time... This version is really awesome. Some minor errors but nothing that can't cure. :) I really want to help with german localization where ever it's possible. :)

    @ deutsch-sprachige Benutzer: Gerne helfe ich bei Fragen rund um Archy. Einige kleinere Fehler können locker auf dem eigenen Rechner korrigiert werden bis die Entwickler die gemeldeten Fehler alle in neuen Updates zusammengefasst korriegiert haben.

    @ Sara, thank you, just what I wanted to know.

    @ Drachenstern, Archy is getting fixed! Right now, in fact, I am working on it.

    Important question: when you are working on an item, say Dwarven Baby Socks, do you see "Dwarven Baby Socks" or do you see the localized string? I am adding the 4.1 artifacts, and need to know, please and thank you.

    I'm going to test my local development version, but should send up an alpha this weekend. Please test thoroughly, because if you are correct, it needs to be fixed before I push a beta or release.

    Anyway, here is the dig site list from, and I added the missing 3 phrases to the localization tab above. Please verify the translations, and also see if it is still missing some.

    On a side note, I am asking the wowace coders for the LibBabble-3.0 series if LibBabble-DigSites-3.0 (there is no 1.0 or 2.0, just naming to match) is a worth idea. If yes, then the dig site translations will go into that library, and can be removed from Archy, and any other addon that uses them locally. You might have noticed the number of translated phrases has dropped by about a dozen or so. I am using the pre-translated global strings from Blizzard.

    Strange... In my version I've downloaded first I swear "race" where set to 4. Maybe an error I've done while editing the code....

    I'm sorry.

    The "Pit of Fiends Digsite" leads out of Stormspire before I edit the code. After editting the name to "The Pit....." and correcting Archy.lua the correct spot where shown in the diglist.

    But, your work with this addon goes deeper than my stationary bugfixing at local version, so I think you're right. :)

    Whatever - nice addon, good work and awesome support. :)

    Line 1876 in Archy.lua reads

    siteData[L["Pit of Fiends Digsite"]] = { ['continent'] = 4, ['map'] = 492, ['blob'] = 60367, ['race'] = 5 }

    It was missing from the translation page, but is correct in the code. I will add the others you mentioned, and the next push should have the updated list. From there, translating the strings should be easy.

    Also, the string in the code is correct from this page; meaning it is "Pit of Fiends Digsite" and not "The Pit of Fiends Digsite".
