17 - Options: make tooltip ignore mouse and stay onscreen

"What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?"

The tooltip (the one that shows all the stuff when I mouse over the LDB plugin) often stays visible when I don't need it to be there, because it doesn't disappear as long as the cursor hovers above it. So, from my point of view, an option to make the tooltip insensitive to the whereabouts of the cursor would be really nice - also (optionally) hiding it instantaneously when the cursor leaves the LDB plugin. (using Bazooka)
Also, sometimes the tooltip is too big and just reaches outside the display area, especially when I increase the tooltip's scale with AllPlayed's option - it's not a big thing (it doesn't happen too often) and I'm not sure if that isn't rather something to be checked by Bazooka, but if there's anything you can do to compensate for it, that would be nice too.

I've done the two options. I'll keep check for the tooltip that display outside the screen.

I haven't touch that part of the code in a long while so I don't remember if it's easy to do. In particular, I don't think that I do anything outside of calling the default function for LibQTip for displaying the tooltip into the screen.

    I'll keep you posted.
