QuestHubber
Now updated for Mists of Pandaria
QuestHubber is an addon that was designed to show pinpoints on the world map of all the quests you've missed. Between data personally collected by myself, data submitted from other users, and data that I obtained from Wowhead via a crawler script, there are over 7,000 quests for Alliance and Horde from every zone and continent in game currently—including the new Cataclysm zones. Because much of the data from the old zones is very new and Wowhead does not seem to be 100% correct, you may notice some incorrect positioning, missing quests, or quests from the opposite faction, but in my experience these problems are not intrusive at all.
Type /qh, /qhub, or /questhubber to access the options.
Features
- Only shows quests you have yet to complete
- Quick toggling of pins via world map
- Optional filtering quests out of level range
- Optional tracking of daily quests
- Optional hiding optional quests you skipped and future quests you cannot access yet (very experimental!)
Note: If you used an older version of QuestHubber, you may also have the addon QuestGather in your AddOns folder. This was an optional addon that was bundled along to help collect data, but it is no longer necessary. Feel free to delete the QuestGather folder.
I have a number of quests showing that I have done, is there a way to correct this?
I fully understands this needs a database that documents the quest chains, and hence might not be all that easy, still it would be very nice to see which you need to fly to and which you'll eventually get to do.
Aside of that: thanks a bundle got me my loremaster for cataclysm as I had failed to pick up some quests that stopped me in a few zones that were elusive to find the one quest that was actually available to unlock the rest of them.
Though I certainly don't know for sure, I assumed that all data is more or less plain quests, as they can be datamined, but then the details are filled out when people contribute data with the Wowhead Client.
Is Wowhead willing to make alterations to their quest database based on user feedback? I'm sure the problem is mostly due to the way Blizzard implemented those quests.

As you can see, there isn't much I can do about sorting which quest is for which class if Wowhead does not have the information. Some quests here are also listed as requiring other Alliance races, despite the fact that it is the human starting zone. There are also a good handful of quests here that have more than one starting point, which unfortunately must be ignored because I have no way of figuring out which is the right start point. If you have a specific quest that still does follow what I've said here but shouldn't be showing, let me know which.
Edit: And I just realized the class-specific quests were not on this list, but you can find them in step 4 of the quest chain here. If you click on each one, you will note that there is no class requirement listed. Interestingly enough, looking at the entire list of mage quests (as well as each Human-available class), you will note that there is exactly one quest in each that is not labeled properly, and that is the one that starts in Elwynn Forest.
not filtering class quests for me, such as if i go to elwynn forrest it's still showing me all the class specific trainer quests that aren't my class.this is revision 37
pdb: Do me a favor, and update to the latest revision (r35). This will likely not fix your problem, but after about a minute or two of being logged in, type /qhub and tell me what it outputs. This way, we will be able to see if the problem lies in getting information from the server or not.
yes, the quests still show up after being offline for a while. i am using enGB client, playing on a german realm.
pdb: If you reload your user interface or log in at a later time, do these quests still show? Also, are you using the enUS client? If not, which? As for the missing quests, there isn't much I can do without Wowhead updating or getting user submitted data. I am frequently checking and getting new data, so hopefully I can have those quests soon.
the addon is showing me some quests i have already done. and i KNOW i have done them!
for example in SW: Hero´s Call: Mount Hyjal and Uldum
in Uldum: Jonesy Sent You
in Vashir: The Call of the Blade (just did it some minutes ago)
although i am missing at least 2 quests in uldum, 8 in deepholm, 16 in vashir. and questhubber isn´t showing any in the zones :( (r34 installed)
Alright I got it working... thank you! Btw I think this is going to be part of my new needed wow addon list (still working on it)
Did you make sure you completely exited out of the game and restarted after you installed the addon? If you installed those parts separately but forgot to do that step, they would not be loaded.
And, just to confirm, you can see quests in other zones, correct? It's just those two continents that you are having trouble with?
I'm dumb I don't know what you mean
@krr56
Travel there and then check.
I can't get my outland or my northerend quests to show i don't know what to do any ideas?
but one thing you could change is the class quests so that a different classes quests don't show up it makes me confused =S thanks
